Attention: There have been some changes to the Online Registration process Please read on.

Click on the Online Registration box found along the left hand side of the home page.

 FOR RETURNING PLAYERS:

If no player or contact information needs to be changed the Registration is simple:

1. Enter Player's first and last name (Please spell the name exactly as you did when it was Originally entered)
2. Enter the player's Date of Birth
3. Select the appropriate Tryout Choice
4. Read the agreement and if you agree, click on the Agree button
5. Then hit Continue
6. You will now be brought to the credit card screen. Enter the appropriate information and complete the process.
7. An email will be sent to the email account we have on file for you.
8. If you do not receive the email within 24 Hrs, please contact the board we will work thru this with you.
9. Please bring the letter to tryouts as it will be your ticket in.

  If you need to change player or contact information on your record,  you need to get your Player’s Access Code first.  Please use the following procedure:

1. Click on the  “Retrieve your access code”  Link
2. Next enter the player’s Name and Date of Birth.
3. Click Submit
4. You will receive a message informing you that the access code you requested has been sent to the email ID we have on file for you.  This is done to keep your private data  safe from intrusion
5. If the email we have on file is not valid, Please send an  email to info@aeyhockeyclub.com

 Once you have your Access Code in hand you can use it on the main registration page to access your player’s detailed record.  Changes can be made here as part of the registration process.

FOR NEW PLAYERS:

 To Register for the first time:

1.      Click the NO button for Returning Player

2.      Fill in all of the information requested on the page

3.      Select the payment that is next to the age category that your player falls into.

4.      Read the agreement statement and hit the Continue radio button.

5.      This will display a confirmation screen that shows all the data that the system contains about your player.

6.      If you see no errors, proceed to the next step by hitting the Continue Radio button.

7.      The next screen will take your payment from a Master Card. Visa or Discover

8.       You will receive a confirmation letter in the email that that you have just verified is accurate, for us to use.

9.      If you do not receive the email within 24 Hrs, please contact the board we will work thru this with you.

10. Please bring the letter to tryouts as it will be your ticket in.
